For the previous 4 years to starting this business officially, I was working in recruitment. Every day I spoke to businesses struggling to find new staff and becoming increasingly burdened by clunky systems and demanding administration requirements. With a nation wide talent shortage, I started feeling helpless about being able to find the right people for these businesses – and realised there could be a different solution – that you didn’t always need more staff, you often just needed better systems.

With two degrees (Bachelor of Psychology and Communications/Management), I have 10+ years diverse experience in roles covering business operations, human resources, finance, marketing/communications and management across aged care/disability, technology and consultancy. 

In my spare time, I am both event manager and driver with Drifting SA and Glitter Gang Drift Clubs.
